Having trouble logging in?
Review the common troubleshooting steps below
To reset your password, you’ll want to click the Log In button above, then click on the ‘Reset password’ option on the next screen, put your email address into the box, and hit ‘Continue’ and you should be sent an email with a password reset link. If you don’t see the ‘Reset password’ prompt, you may need to clear your browser cache, or try opening a ‘InPrivate’ or ‘Incognito’ window (you can do this in most browser by holding CTRL+SHIFT+N) and then going to the LBM advantage website again afterwards. If it’s still not working or if you run into any other issues with it, please reach out to ithelp@lbmadvantage.com
Please email ithelp@lbmadvantage.com as we want to make sure you can get in without any errors. For now, if you click ‘Log In’ again, it should let you in. Even if you do get in, please reach out to us so we can prevent this error from coming up at all.
It looks like the website isn’t recognizing an existing account with your email. If you think you have one, try closing and reopening your browser and logging in again and double check your email address when you put it in. If that doesn’t work or if you don’t think you have an existing account, please reach out to us at ithelp@lbmadvantage.com and we can see about getting you registered for an account
